Your main objective will be to ensure a stellar customer experience throughout the sales process, effectively managing client interactions. You will use predefined proposals to provide estimates to potential clients, follow up on pending requests, reach out to previous customers for new projects through outbound calls, and leverage inbound and outbound marketing efforts to engage with leads.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess at least five years of experience in sales within the construction industry, and demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing key decision-makers. Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements sales plans for targeted market expansion in alignment with company strategy.
• Creates corporate sales materials and supports overall strategic objectives.

• Assists customers with immediate or emergency services for prompt resolution.
• Executes market-specific sales strategies with individual customer plans.

Territory Sales Representative Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction related outside sales.
• Prior experience in the hydro-vac, construction, ground protection, equipment rentals, or similar fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with selling services and specialty industrial equipment to contractors, engineers, and government/municipalities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Successful track record in a quota-driven sales environment with documented achievements.
• Understanding of public and private bid processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus. Total comp = $96-130K for on-target earnings
